*Return Policy: DIECAST ARE NON-RETURNABLE except for defective items which will be exchanged, if available otherwise refund will be issued. Minor factory imperfections, non perfect boxes, boxes with price stickers, loose or missing straps, faded or cracked box plastic viewing window do not qualify as a defective item ( REMEMBER these are diecast collectible toy car replica's and are not always perfect but the 1:1 scale real cars are not always perfect either. Think about it) or I just don't like it. Please look closely at your order, to make sure it is what you want BEFORE ORDERING.If item is damaged, you must notify us within 5 days or item cannot be returned. All returns are at buyers expense!!(and in original condition).
.All items are inspected before leaving our warehouse. Even with our extreme care in packaging an item retail display box may get bent or plastic window crushed in shipping.
This is mostly due now to the very flimsy packaging the manufacturers now package their items for the retail shelf display. Manufacturers do not consider a bent or crushed display box as a returnable item and do not supply dealers with extra boxes. Therefore we do not consider a bent or crushed display box as a returnable item also. We cannot guarantee a perfect box but will ship the best one we have.
